UMP CNY DinneR

After long tiring months, weeks and days of preparation, with lots of time sacrificed. The BIG day has arrived!!!,…UMP CNY Dinner with about 60-70 tables of guests and lots of VVIP,..the pressure is definitely on. Can’t afford to embarrass my uni with lousy performance from the students, can’t make any single mistake during the event and ya gotta make everyone happy by the end of the day,…it’s not as easy as you thought!!!,….having sleepless nights for the whole week just to prepare all these and skipped some classes as well as abandoned study works,…gosh lots of catch up after this CNY event!!!

Thankfully everything went well tonight and I can have a BIG RELIEVE,…a free of mind without any nonsense problems coming after,..

PEACEFUL LIFE HERE I COME!!!,…

CNY FaMiLy OuTiNg

With Jyan and Jyue at my house since yesterday, we decided to have family outing. First is to visit aunt mayyee at her office in cheras,….Once arrived, surprisingly my aunt and her colleague were playing poker cards while waiting for the last hour to finish work. We of course join along and had some fun with the CNY mood gambling. Just a small gambling and ya won few ringgits at the end of the game,…..hehehehehe,…of ya and yet we grab the chance to take a pic at the front of my aunt office of the beautiful CNY decorations,…

2 >3 > 4 > 5!!!

Then, had ‘bak kut teh’ at nearby restaurant before my 2 lovely cousin sisters, my mom and I went for window shopping at Midvalley as well as some grocery shopping for my sem reopen. Were so exhausted with whole day outing and got back home for rest before dinner.

But before dinner, we decided to go ‘Tien Hou Temple’ for a New Year pray. Praying for a good and smooth year ahead, I of course prayed for ‘The God of Wisdom’ for better study and ya my cousins and my mom prayed for 'The God of Love’,..for better relation ahead I guess,…hehehehe,…and ya at night and during CNY this temple really so much different and so beautiful with all the lanterns decoration. Gosh so reddish and so much of the CNY mood for the whole temple,….here’s what I meant;

DinnEr aT FuLLhOuSe

Fullhouse for late dinner with Jyan, Jyue and mom as Jyan and Jyue just got here from Kampar few hours ago. What a dinner we had since by the time we reached Fullhouse, they kept telling this meal is not available and that drink is not available, not forgetting we need to wait for hours for the drinks to come just because they are running out of ice, sigh!!!,…..not really an enjoying dinner at Fullhouse,…..what I got in return is stomach full and pic of their deco on the table,..hahahahaha

FiRsT CNY OuTiNg

Of all week, finally today is my first CNY outing. Was thinking to do survey for the phone price that I wanted to buy, so Sara, Darren and I went to Sg. Wang for a walk but the price doesn’t seem much different. Thinking Sg. Wang and Low Yat might be offering better price but end up I decided to wait for another few weeks where I might be buying at Desa Setapak shop that mun yee recommended. So then, we decided to go over to Times Square since we were thinking of watching Percy Jackson. Coincidencely, bump to Ruba and Tommy (TDM ex-colleague) but they were gonna to watch other show. After the movie went for late lunch at Kim Gary, Sg Wang and met up Sandip and Shahrin after the meal.

Since it is about dawn, Darren gotta make a move while Sara follow the two guys go for a drink while me, walking down the road to Pavillion to meet LiJia and Harith. Thinking it might be a small meet up of us 3 but end up like the whole bunch of Johannians, some I even rarely know them back in school. But with the ‘Johannian Spirit’, we all mingle easily during the dinner at Madam Kwan. Had a great day and night with two different group of Johannian friends. Hope to meet again soon,…see yea ppl!!!

CNY FiRsT vIsIt

Well year after year CNY celebration seem more dull and dull,..guess because my family have to where to go after the reunion dinner. Last time we used to go back hometown, but ever since my grams’ and aunt passed away, none of my other relatives will go back to hometown, Kampar. That is because there is no other reason and people to visit back home. So just like any previous years, I stay at home under the HOT HOT weather waiting to be rotten until today I decided to pay aunt mayyee a visit. In addition I can ask my cousin bro, Kah Hoe a favor to help me reformat my superb lag laptop. In a way, it is ‘bai nian’ but in a way I am going to visit with reason,…..hehehehehe. So owe him especially he gotta skip one of his outing and he helped with the Windows 7 Upgrade CD request from the website as part of the promotion when I bought it which the request is due today,…Gee!!!,..hopefully I can get it and I in need to upgrade my windows for sure soon,…laslty THANKS a lot Kah Hoe for your help,….till then,…

CNY EvE

As usual, every year CNY Eve went to my grams’ house in Sentul to have reunion dinner. Though it is just like any ordinary reunion dinner and expected less ‘ang pow’ since I am growing older and older and less relatives around, but still it is one of the most memorable reunion dinner I ever had. Guess it is because of the food, the chicken, the duck, the pork, the soup and everything else,…all home cooked food is my favourites and I had not eat them for long since studying in UMP doesn’t have much choice but the uni cafeteria,..gosh I so gonna gain LOTS of weigh with such a eating style during CNY,…hehehehehehe

Just finished my last lab in the afternoon, and took the evening bus and finally I AM BACKED!!!,..Back for CNY celebration,…tomorrow is CNY Eve and I really can’t wait for all the DELICIOUS food in reunion dinner,..WEEE!!!,….till then,..

mY 4th EnGinEErInG LaB

Finally before CNY coming, this would be my fourth and very last lab for the semester,…Weee!!!,….so glad that I can finish all four labs before CNY celebration, can get a piece of mind not to worry about labs anymore after CNY holiday,….well the last one is about Concrete Destructive and Flexural Test, concrete that were made on the previous week lab,…cool huh???,..

Once again my surveying fieldwork started with another new task,..this time we gotta do Levelling,…well pretty much about the height of the ground so it was quite smooth task to complete within a week time as required and I pretty enjoyed for this task anyway,…you can see how my members and I were enjoying this surveying fieldwork task,…:
