FiRsT DrIvE To wOrK

exactly 2 months after my first practise,..i finally have the bravery and decided to drive to work all by myself for the first time today,...well not that far after all been once by driving for interview lol,...so today got up kinda late,....being so rush to work i even over shoot the turn to the parking besides Lai Ming School,...so i got no choice but make a BIG u-turn on the first day of driving and reached work late about 10 mins,...aaaarggghhh,...paiseh2 everyone is gathering for 'floor meeting',.....ahhhh,...forget bout that let's enjoy about my experience of driving in KL roads especially in areas which is SUPER jam all the time,...klcc area lol,....and fetched mun yee for the first time back home and thanks a lot to my luck,..got stuck in jam on my first day driving to work,...so scary lol since i not used to pressing and letting off the break or pressing the accelerator accordingly,...so mun yee was so damn scare,...and guess what???,....she decided not to follow my car from this time onwards,..all thanks to my driving skills,....(1) slow,.....(2) terrible!!!,....hahahahahaha,...well after all driving alone is less pressure since there wont be any LIFE in my hand lol,....hahahahahhaaha,..and so am i driving for the rest of the week before my very last day on this coming thursday lol,....weee!!!!,..can't wait for the day i getting some rest and off week for myself before starting uni!!!

once again i received souvenir from my colleague from work,...actually it is from mun yee but,....since she is working with me now in the same company, TDM so i consider her as colleague/friend,.....hahahhahahaahha,...so nice she got time to take off and went trip to Lake Toba, Indonesia with her family,...how wish i could do so!!!! =,= .......but anyway from the way she describe the place,...she seem enjoy especially for the spa,...just PERFECT for a telemarketer who is always so tense up at work,....so here's what i got for the souvenir...;

cant believe this is happening!!!,.....i FINALLY got my FIRST sale in TDM and not only that, my SECOND sale was later in the day,....GOSH! i must be dreaming i fianlly get my sales and broken my 'egg spell',...really really really can't believe it's happening at last,...the feeling is really undescribeable HAPPY, EXCITED, & PROUD........fuu!!! felt so much relief of tension and stress after hitting my first sale, no more pressure from team leader, chew and derrick to get sales as i believe i will be able to get my upcoming sales by my own interpretation of selling skill....hopefully more sales will come non-stop to give the same excitement for me yea!!! and here is what in return of getting my sales in the month, same goes for every staffs of TDM as well,...we got earn it with our sales

a LeSsOn dAy

it's been a week since i on call after my training,......aaarrrgggghhhhh i still yet to get my 1st sale,..been happening week since there were some in the same batch as me got thier 1st sale, some left within a week, some M.I.A and ya yet another new batch of new comers coming,...gosh how suppose my team leader, chew can focus on me to train me about the selling skills and the best 'Diffuse' method to the customer,...gosh feel so tension and ya on top of that my team leader went off on such an important day, the ending day of the month,..so we, LIFECARE 36 left with no team leader but jenny, the leader of the team leader to take over 2 days,...felt even more PRESSURE,...and in the end i didnt get any sales at all!!!,...and ya when coming to 2nd half of the day after lunch, things never get better,...especially coming to the end of day in the evening,...i was called to 'Langkawi Room', some meeting room in TDM by derrick together with the new batch of new comers,...all thanks to my ZERO sales performance which Rai who same batch with me in LIFECARE did get her 1st sale out of her luck,....


So in the room where derrick trying to get to know us, not trying to pressure us on getting as sales, but indirectly he did so also,...hahahaha,....it was kinda tense up in the room where he ask our obstacles of getting a sales and ya as usual we got TONS of TONS of reason and challenges and when come to goal and reason working in TDM, we just can't answer in clearly except for the reason of the pay which is MONEY($), MONEY($) and MONEY($),..duh of course that's the reason why everyone is here working in TDM lol,...and ya i recalled back the MAIN reason i wanna join TDM is to get more experience and learn as much of skills i lacked off like communication skills, social skills and even my confident plus positive thinking. All these is what i been looking for and ya the reason of stopping me from getting a sale not because i don't have enough experience with customers, it's me, MYSELF where i am being 'resistant' right now,..that's what derrick explained,....the moment he said that,...i was like 'BANG',..the feel of banging my head to wall,..everything he said seem to be true though i didn't reveal it to him,....gosh having knowledge of body language of him does proof he really can understand human's reaction and body language just in a minute lol,...and my tears started to lingle in my eyes back then,...i was like 'stay strong, don't cry in the office!',....i didnt expect it could be something so deep withing just by few words he said to me,...

Guess this lesson was really valuebale for me in part of my life in TDM as well in outside world,....i just speechless to comment about the lesson anymore,...

BTW, even my cousin sis, jyue does not change my mood after all though she is here to visit kl once again,..so u can guess how deep down my mood was back then lol!

TDM tRaDiTioNaL wEeK

being told last minute yesterday that today got traditional week in TDM and every single staffs in TDM need to wear any traditional clothes,...aarggghhh tot the new comers are excluded tim!!!,....so quickly borrow a set of 'baju melayu' from asyraf and that also i just wore the top not the pants,...hahahahahaha cos the feeling of wearing the pants as well felt kinda weird lol,...hehehehehehe,...and so today during the morning everyone's so energetic with thier own traditional clothes and together with some mini event or performances before the sales day begin,...everyone was enjoying and chilling for the day so the ENERGY flow will be high till the end of the day!!!

1sT dAy tRaInInG aT TDM

woke up damn early just to avoid the pack of people in lrt,...so reached kl sentral like an hour earlier than i supposed to be reporting,...well just to spare myself more time to search for the building called Plaza Sentral, where it will the place for my 5.5 days training,....after all the building is like 5-10 minutes walk from kl sentral station nee,...so i need not rush and once get to the floor that i been told,...the door is yet to be open,...argggghhhh,....it's so damn stuffy waiting outside the lift and not enetring the office with so many people there,.....anyhow it was all fine when we enter the office and report ourself plus get to know roughly which campaign each of us gonna be in,.....and ya didnt expect to know someone who same age with me and so much similiarities between us,...his name is Heng,...his surname though,...very mature and far thinker guy,...pretty impressive from the way he talk lol,...and being intro the trainer of the week, Mr. A Jay Marcus,...pretty cool huh his name,..a sabahan ma,....superb friendly and nice trainer and feel so much less stress and tension when the environment is getting better and more comfort with it,....and so was the day with 1 day listening to the talk with assesment in the end where ya of cos i passed with flying colours,...cheh, cheh, cheh,....well cos the assesment was easy nee lol,....and that's about it for my 1st day training and 4 and a half to go lo!!!!and finally.....;-
